About Inspirees

 

Inspirees is a Chinese-Dutch company founded in 2004 in Delft, the Netherlands, by Mr. Boudewijn Heeren, a Dutch businessman dealing in books, and Dr. Tony Zhou, who had worked as a biomedical scientist in China and Europe and became an entrepreneur, having received his PhD degree from the Delft University of Technology.

Since 2004, Inspirees has been supporting hundreds of individuals and SME customers realize its potentials with inspiring and innovative products, services and training programs. We bridge China, East, West and the world by breaking down the cultural barriers based on human-centered approach. We believe in equality, global dialogue, cross-region and -discipline collaboration among different communities. Disseminating and sharing the human knowledge and wisdom is essential to the advancement of humanity.

Our two business divisions: Inspirees Publishing and Inspirees Institute offer innovative products, programs and services to our Chinese and overseas clients. Originally functioning as individual entities, the two divisions got integrated into Inspirees Education Group in 2018. The Dutch company, Inspirees International B.V., is located in the Netherlands, while its affiliated Chinese company, Inspirees Bowen, is registered and located in Beijing, China. We also have an office in Shanghai, Taipei and several affiliated training centers in China.

Inspirees is the the founding member of the International Association of Creative Arts in Education and Therapy (IACAET) and the publisher of CAET – the official journal of IACAET.

‘Inspirees’, the name of our company, comes from the English word “Inspire” and reflects the idea of equality and consolidarity. The logo of Inspirees is a symbol of the sun, full of energy.  Orange is the lucky color in the Chinese and Dutch culture.
