Mr. Heeren had been working in book industry for more than 20 years.  He owned and ran a bookstore in the Netherlands and then later worked as a sale manager for Dutch publishers.  He is the father of a son with autism.  He has long been committed to the work of supporting mentally disabled children. Boudewijn has been working and living in China for many years and has a good understanding of and respect for the country and its culture.  In year 2004, he established Inspirees International with Dr. Tony Zhou in the Netherlands.
